How we work
Three things we do differently.
We do not subcontract installation
The technicians who install your panels or heat pump are I.ON employees. No outsourced turnover, no diluted chain of responsibility. Our name is on the roof, and our team comes back if needed.
We say no when the project is not viable
A true north-facing roof, a roof in poor condition, a budget that does not cover quality installation: we say so during the site visit. It costs us jobs in the short term; it earns us trust in the long term.
We monitor production for 10 years
For solar installations, monitoring is included for 10 years. Any abnormal drop (panel, inverter, unanticipated shading) is detected and addressed. The performance we announced is the one we deliver.
