The processing of your personal data is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), which entered into force on 1 September 2023. Where you reside in the European Economic Area, the GDPR may also apply.

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide via our contact form:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Postcode (optional)
• Type of project planned
• Message content

No sensitive data (health, political opinion, etc.) is requested or processed.

This data is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your study or quote request
• Contact you in connection with the project
• Establish and manage a contractual relationship if one arises

We do not send unsolicited commercial communications and do not carry out any profiling.

Requests that do not result in a contract are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Files that have led to an installation are retained for the contractual period and applicable legal deadlines (warranties, accounting — up to 10 years).

Your data remains within I.ON ENERGY SERVICES Sàrl and its strictly necessary technical service providers:

• Vercel Inc. (website hosting — EU/US servers)
• Resend, Inc. (contact email delivery)

No data is sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes.

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Form data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in certified infrastructure (Vercel SOC 2 Type 2). Access to leads is restricted to authorised team members.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or technical changes. The date at the top of the page indicates the last revision.
